The latest innovations on E-free and Organic stabiliser systems for Ice cream, Sauces and Bakery fillings from Acatris
At the recent Food Ingredients Europe held in Paris, Acatris successfully showcased the Pectacon® stabiliser systems. Visitors to Acatris stand could experience the texture and stability of the latest innovations on E-free and Organic stabiliser systems for Ice cream, Sauces and Bakery fillings. Also the standard product range for these segments was on display and some finished products could be “tasted”.
